Jeff Lee Kitchen is a Chinese restaurant serving local Chinese dishes. It is located in Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh right next to the wet market. Doors open at 11am and it serve lunch and dinner.
Recently I went there for lunch with 3 others. This time we opted for one large bowl of porridge and three different type of noodles.
This first dish is meehoon cooked with small prawns and bitter gourd. The slightly bitter taste blends very well with the meehoon making special in terms of taste. Excellent for those who dare to venture beyond the usual style of meehoon.
Love this mixed intestine porridge. Cooked to the right texture without being too watery nor too thick.
One of the signature dish in this place. Minced meat topping makes this noodle really tasty.
And finally a bowl of claypot Lou Shu Fen. Nicely blend with black sauce.
Drinks ordered is a jug of sunflower tea shared among 4 of us.
Total cost of meal is below RM70.
Overall the food is really tasty eventhough the crowd is big. They did not compromise the food with speed. In fact, patrons must be prepared to wait for over half an hour for a table during the peak hours.
