Din Tai Fung - Noodle for Dinner

Din Tai Fung is one of the many restaurants in 1 Utama.

This place is famous for its Siew Lung Pau and La Mien.

The Siew Lung Pau is pretty good. The skin is thin enough so that one do not feel the taste of flour. Taking it with a small amount of sliced ginger and soy sauce, its juicy taste is just about right. The size is small so one can take a whole piece in one go.

Hot and spicy La Mien.

Sliced beef La Mien in soup.

Dry La Mien with minced meat.

TauFu with sliced meat served together with glass noodle soup.

Overall the Siew Lung Pau is good. The different type of noodles is OK but not really great.
